Rates per apartment:

• 31 October until 20 February: € 205 per week
• 21 February until 01 May: € 250 per week
• 02 May until 08 May: € 310 per week
• 09 May until 03 July: € 275 per week
• 04 July until 04 September: € 425 per week
• 05 September until 16 October: € 250 per week
• 17 October until 30 October: € 310 per week
• 31 October until 18 February 2011: € 205 per week

Includes:

• Bed linen and towels
• Gas, water and electricity for the months April through September

Exclusive:

• Deposit €€ 100, - (payment upon receipt key)
• Final cleaning €€ 55, - (to be deducted from deposit)
• Elektra for October through March
• Transfer from the airport to your rented apartment €€ 80, - (each way) to 8 persons

For the winter or a minimum stay of 3 weeks, reduced rates apply.

Conditions: After confirmation of the reservation you pay at least 50% of the rent as soon as payment on our bank account is the final booking. The balance you pay within 6 weeks before departure. Reservations made within 6 weeks before departure the total rental sum to be met.

Cancellation: Cancellation up to 6 weeks before departure continues the minimum deposit (50%) and due to cancellation within 6 weeks before departure continues the full fare (100%) payable.

Insurance: travel and / or cancellation insurance, you can, if desired, close your bank or insurer.

Liability: During your stay, you are liable for theft and / or loss of property. Also, you are liable for all loss or damage to the apartment and inventory, caused by your acts or omissions.

Deposit: The deposit must be paid upon arrival to the administrator. Departure the deposit returned, minus the cost of final cleaning and possible compensation.
