Dream Homes consists of 2 towers with 11 floors each. A total of 125 apartments. A residential tower gets 2 entrées, 2 lifts and 2 staircases. There are 6 apartments per floor. Between the towers is a good distance. Dream Homes has a total area of 8270m2, which consists of 7445m2 garden with many flowers, trees and fruit trees;

The complex is situated in a quiet surrounding, yet close to the beach and Alanya. All possible luxury facilities are available.

 

A luxury double steel door lock gives you access to your apartment. In the hall hangs a picture intercom system, so you can see who is ringing. The apartment is equipped with American interior.

Using a satellite you receive on your Dutch TV channels.

Each apartment has 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet. The luxurious bathrooms are tiled.

All rooms are air conditioned.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a granite counter top, refrigerator, stove, oven, hood, dishwasher and washing machine.

The floors are marble tiles (excluding the bathroom and the balcony). The ceiling has decorative trim (Carton Pierre) and spotlights.

The left side of tower A is located on the south (seaward) and the right side on the north (mountain side). There are 6 homes per floor from left to right numbered. The counting of the story is as follows:

Ground duplex: duplex houses that are on the first 2 floors (on the drawing colored white).

Ground floor: these are the apartments directly above the duplex houses (on the drawing the first red living layer). Then, by counting the floors upstairs.

The 9th floor is again duplex homes (the top 2 floors).

   

Living tower B

The left side of tower B is located on the east, the right side is located on the west. Each floor are 5 houses that are numbered from left to right. The counting of the apartments is as follows:

On the ground floor are the public areas, such as the indoor pool, sauna and gym (the drawing on the white colored bottom layer).

Ground duplex, duplex apartments situated over general spaces (in the drawing the second and third white colored layer). Ground floor: these are the apartments directly above the duplex houses (on the drawing the first red living layer). Then, by counting the floors upstairs. The 9th floor is again duplex homes.
